Gifts and Donations for Jamaica

  • Organized a gift for the government and people of Jamaica, a fire truck valued over US$500,000, presented on March 24, 2009, from the Republic of Turkey.
  • Organized US$50,000 gift for the Hurricane Relief Fund from the Republic Turkey to Jamaica.
  • Organized a gift from the Government of Turkey for the University Hospital in Jamaica, of a fully equipped ambulance valued at over US$650,000. The ambulance was presented to the hospital at a handing over ceremony on August 14, 2014.
  • Organized a gift from the Government of Turkey (TIKA – Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency) of 2 large outboard motors for NEPA (National Environment and Planning Agency).
